About St. Louis County Court Docket

St. Louis County court records are maintained through Minnesota District Court administration, its local facilities, and statewide public tools. This private reference resource identifies the official paths for a Register of Actions, a calendar, or a copy request. It is not operated by the court and cannot change or certify any court record.

Why We Built This Site

Minnesota uses a statewide District Court system, while St. Louis County has full-service court-administration locations in Duluth, Hibbing, and Virginia. The public may need a remote MCRO search, a facility calendar, a courthouse terminal, or the Sixth District Copy Center. Separating those roles makes it easier to find the custodian of the record instead of treating a city office, payment portal, or calendar as the whole court file.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference resource. It has no connection to a Minnesota court, court administrator, or state agency. Its limits are clear:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages display third-party search tools. Those providers operate their own services and set their own pricing. A referral fee may be earned when a visitor chooses a paid service. Those results are not official Minnesota court records, and the provider controls its own availability and data practices.
